Previously, Rubin served as CEO and President at Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) and its workforce of 14,000, creating a competitive advantage within the cosmetic industry by transforming the customer shopping experience. Rubin was also President, North American Retail at Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) for six years, and a partner at Accenture (NYSE: ACN). He is currently on the board of Ascena Retail.
