In his role, Mike oversees InStride’s accounting, financial operations, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Before joining InStride, Mike was a Principal at Silver Creek Partners, an investment advisory firm. Prior to that role, he served as the CFO and COO at GoGuardian, where he led transformative initiatives, driving the company's revenue 5x over four year period.
He orchestrated three strategic acquisitions, secured $200 million in equity funding, and navigated key partnerships across the company.
Earlier in his career, Mike was the CFO of a private equity backed ecommerce company for several years following a combined 14 years at Microsoft in senior finance and strategy roles across the company.
Mike holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in economics from Gonzaga University.
