Nancy Schlichting is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Henry Ford Health System, a $5 billion healthcare organization. She is credited with leading the health system through a dramatic financial turnaround and for award-winning patient safety, customer service and diversity initiatives. Ms. Schlichting has won numerous awards, including Top 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare Magazine.
She currently serves on the boards of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Encompass Health, Baxter International and Pear Therapeutics and is vice-chair of the Duke University Health System Board.
