InStride unlocks the full potential of employee education, enabling employers to provide access to life-changing education at scale.

InStride’s education programs address a company’s specific and individualized needs, resulting in greater support from company leadership. InStride also collaborates with its corporate partners to market their education programs to employees, ensuring that employees fully understand how the education offerings will benefit them and drive career advancement. This results in a high enrollment rate among employees who are interested in going to school while working.

Additionally, InStride recently launched Defined Learning Paths, a new product that reimagines education for today’s workforce by taking a different industry approach to employee education. The product is a curated continuum of higher-education paths of in-demand skills.

“InStride enables organizations to tap into the power of education and build a resilient and thriving workforce that’s ready for the challenges of tomorrow. It achieves this by connecting companies with leading universities to tailor education programs that offer employees specific paths to earning degrees and credentials,” said Vivek Sharma, CEO of InStride. “Today, through the InStride network, almost 40,000 people have enrolled in higher education programs through the strategic investments of our corporate partners, avoiding more than $350 million in student debt.

The mission of the EdTech Breakthrough Awards is to honor excellence and recognize the innovation, hard work and success in a range of educational technology categories, including Student Engagement, School Administration, Adaptive Learning, STEM Education, e-Learning, Career Preparation and many more. This year’s program attracted more than 2,000 nominations from over 17 different countries throughout the world.

“With learner enrollments growing by more than 40 percent year-over-year, InStride continues to lead a growing movement that makes lifelong learning a possibility for all employees, supporting workforce diversity, equity and inclusion goals,” said James Johnson, managing director, EdTech Breakthrough. “The social and economic benefits of higher education include higher earnings, increased social mobility and stronger health outcomes – and InStride is a breakthrough EdTech innovator that is driving compelling adult education programs to increase access to these benefits to employees around the globe. Congratulations to InStride for winning this industry recognition with a well-deserved ‘Overall EdTech Company of the Year’ designation.”
