SMS Terms and Conditions

InStride offers a text messaging service that allows you to subscribe to receive periodic SMS messages from InStride. InStride may use SMS messages to notify you about program updates, respond to your requests for information, and contact you in connection with your use or future use of our services. Subscribing to this service is optional and is not required to receive services from InStride. This service is subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We will not share the information you provide us except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can subscribe to this service by sending a message to us using a code provided by your employer, or by typing your phone number into the InStride registration page when entering your contact information to create an account. By subscribing, you are providing your consent to be contacted by SMS message at the phone number you provided. Shortly after subscribing, you will receive a message confirming your subscription and providing you information on how to unsubscribe.

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to the code from which you receive the messages. Once you unsubscribe, you will receive a message confirming that you have unsubscribed, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from InStride unless you re-subscribe.

InStride does not charge fees for this messaging service, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply. InStride is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. InStride reserves the right to terminate this service, in whole or in part, at its discretion and at any time without notice.
